I am planning on Moving to Juneau in the spring time, and I have been trying to figure out how you get from Juneau to Anchorage...

Take the ferry (Alaska Marine Highway) to Whittier and then drive the rest of the way to Anchorage (45 min or so depending on how long you have to wait at the tunnel between Whittier and Girdwood). That is kind of a long trip...I imagine it would take at least a day. I've never taken the ferry from Juneau, but I know that from Valdez to Whittier takes 6-8 hrs and Juneau is a lot farther than Valdez. Other than that there is no option whatsoever as Juneau can only be accessed by boat and plane. There is no road out.

I've been on the ferry from Wrangell to Petersburg (south of Juneau). Very nice scenery, and I'm sure it's much the same from Juneau to Whittier or Seward. And the drive from Whittier or Seward to Anchorage is very scenic also.
