Can't blame them, I wouldn't if I were in their position, hense no luck no matter how good the resume looks. In these scary times I think most people would be afraid to move across town without a job in hand. If they're not, they are either young or work for minimum wage.

I know a few people that moved up here and took any job they could get until they were able to land the ONE. If you have good experience and skills it's only a matter of time.
