I wasn't thinking of trying to change Alaska or compare it to other places, I was using that 'steam room at the indoor public swimming pools' as an illustration in case anyone who'd been to something like that here could say, "oh yea, there's a place kinda like that at ___x___ you could try". Considering the locale of Alaska, and how every other country (or portions of countries) near this latitude seems to have a steam room & sauna & hot springs fetish, I had wondered if maybe Alaska had something similar going on. Didn't mean to step on toes. shan
