The bigger question is how / why did they rot and what others issues are going to need to be addressed to make sure the structure is still sound...
It is extremely likely that if ALL the joists in this area are rotten there is MAJOR issue with moisture and/or insects and that combination can very easily get into the kind of issues that will make the house so unstable as to require MASSIVE repairs at tens (maybe hundreds) of thousands of dollars.
Even if this was not a really horrible long term problem the thought of having to repair / replace at least 10 major joists (assuming minimal modern spacing) is unlikey to be accomplished for less than the cost of replacing the framing, subfloor and finish floor so you are talking 300 sq ft at probably AT LEAST $25/sq ...
