Thank you everyone for your thoughts and info. But this is my plan as of right now. It is still getting talked about and still being thought through. Its not a done deal. I still have a year and a half to change my mind and figure something else out. So we'll see. Again thank you everyone!

For the OP, looks like you are all set then.
You should have taken the temperature of a fire. It would have been hotter.

I do not understand how parents left their children leave home they are at this age?

In a country like the United States and the beautiful girls wearing very revealing clothes

This makes them vulnerable to rape, kidnapping and this is happening in the truth

My advice to you Continue to live with your parents best for you in this lifetime

No, that's not true at all. That's one of the most over exaggerated ridiculous things I've ever heard.

In the United States of America were not as scared as you are over there. We respect our women and children. We grow up and live our own lives. You clearly know nothing about this country. You should stop trying to scare girls. You are a coward for what you say; you think she is a child and you try to scare her. You are pathetic.

I think nasserbbk is genuinely concerned and trying to be helpful. There's no need for insults.

Young women especially need to make sure they stay in control of situations when they are out on their own. Chances are, she will be safe, but she needs to make sure she doesn't put herself into dangerous situations.

You guys/gals have mucked her thread...

OP, kudos to you for taking the initiative to plan ahead and become independent... Your apparent drive and desire are admirable and that is the first step towards success.

Your plan to have roommates is a good one - that helps with finances and will thwart much of the safety concerns some have mentioned... Keep your head straight and don't get discouraged when things get tough (they definitely will)... And always understand, how you deal with life's challenges is what builds character.

New independence opens many avenues... If you stay strong and determined, you will be rewarded later in life... If you let things get sideways and you get too far into irresponsible lifestyle - it could ruin your plans.

Beyond that, there's not much else to suggest (IMO)... There's no life manual to tell you how to do it... Your will and dedication is what determines success or failure... Smart, levelheaded people always find a way to make things work - others fail.

Good luck, enjoy the journey - stay safe and true to yourself.
