Just FYI - there is no cost to attend anything at the festival. If you want to enjoy a steak with all the trimmings you do have to have a ticket for that. The concert is free but If you are a CM fan especially A Kenny Chesney fan I also recommend trying to get paid reserved seating tickets. Seating for the rest is bring you own.

I really like getting inside info from someone who's been there. I'm not one who can stand in the sun for long unless there's a cool breeze blowin'. Things like that are good to know and I appreciate it.

I have to correct what I now understand is a HUGE ( or at least pretty big) mistake. THE FEATURED PREFORMER IS MARK CHESTNUTT - NOT KENNEY CHESNEY. SORRY FOR THE INCORRECT INFO - I AM NOT THE MOST ARDENT CM FAN. MARK PROBABLY DOES NOT THINK THERE IS MUCH DIFFERENCE IN THE TWO BUT I UNDERSTAND SOME FOLKS DO.

The Folkfest in Mountain View, April 18-19 is going to be different this year!! There will be arists and crafts people with high quality art and crafts!! I'm going to be one of the artists on the square...I make Pine needle baskets!
