Because they are an up and coming country. They aren't gonna stay some poor, crappy backwater country forever....I remember an internet where there weren't many Brazilians, but now they have been proliferating for the past 7 years.

Because there are 110 million Filipinos in the world, probably half of them have regular access to the internet. That's a lot of people.

Because they all have iphones and internet phones and laptops and computers and internet cafes, and they speak English. So they are most often on all the other sites that use English as well, as opposed to the equally internet active Koreans or Chinese or others who use it in their own language.
