Does this tie in with your previous statement that English Teachers only go to teach the uneducated impoverished people? I hope so, as it just makes the statements sound even weirder and stranger.
So, let me get this straight....a lot of Aussies are going to the Philippines to teach the uneducated how to speak English?
I don't even know if the Philippines wants Westerners to come and teach English. I've never heard of it. Maybe in the call centers they need American "coaches" though
I'm not talking about big companies expanding overseas. I'm talking about young single people that are looking for a challenge. Working overseas does look good on your resume.

Grade School to College is in English. Honestly, I think the English in the Philippines is better than English in Malaysia.

All our books in school are in English. Medium of instruction is in English, how can that be just basic ????
Our official language is also English.
