That model house is available in many places in the Philippines, it's from Camella Homes ( Vista Land ). Below is their website. They have that in Cavite for sure. I think there are so many subdivisions in Cavite.
I have a friend who just bought a house in a closed subdivision in Tagaytay. She and her husband are presently living in China. Their house is not yet done, but it will be next year. Since the guy's job is in China, it will still take a long time for them to live there. They said it will be like a vacation house for them for now.
Who will watch it while they are in China? Just curious.

I think no one... Well most subdivisions have 24 hr security plus you cannot really get in if you do not know anyone, the guards will always ask where you are going, which residence etc. and will have to call the homeowner if he/she knows you.
As corrupt as that country is, I wouldn't even trust the security guards at an HOA community there! They know when you're there, and not there, and if you're only living there part time, and they have starving buddies. You get the picture?
