yup, tokyo is modern, safe, clean and manilla is... the complete opposite. dirty, corrupt, dangerous. kids and adults roaming the streets shirtless and barefoot. houses are huts with tin roofs. garbage littering the streets.
if you hadn't seen the locals, you'd think you were in 3rd world, subsaharan africa.

Our debt is manageable, only 40% of the Philippine GDP is debt.

You don't have to be debt riddled to be developed. Australia is developed but they're not indebted. 41% of their GDP is debt.

This is in contrast to the self proclaimed rich countries who are drowning in debt.

Japan - Debt is 253% of GDP
Singapore - Debt is 110% of GDP
US - Debt is 105% of GDP

No we are not behind them in the sense that we are not debt slaves.

I know you are a freaking liar but this is already exaggerated even by your standards.

Metro Manila, garbage in the streets, tin roof huts? Etc. Etc?

Seriously?

Metro Manila has Multiple CBDs (Skyscraper Clusters) More than even NYC and here you are slandering her?

Manila's Multiple CBDs

Bonifacio Global City

Makati

Ortigas Center

Alabang

Binondo (World's oldest Chinatown)

Ermita (Established by a Mexican Hermit hence the name Ermita)

She has several times more Central Business Districts than NYC which only has Uptown and Midtown Manhattan.

As for the accusation that the streets are riddled with garbage, want me to go down my street right now and take a picture?

It was an independent FOREIGN firm who rated Manila as 2nd most Natural Disaster Prone City in the world.

Specifically Swiss Re. I don't know how you came to the conclusion that we are crying attention whores when we didn't rate ourselves that and also the Swiss are famed for Neutrality and Fairness.
