They're quiet dark because they are mixture of the Melanesian and Austronesian people, but the one that really look Austronesians looked just like average Indonesians.

^ no, not really, or at least some sort of proto-Mongoloid type, they're kind of negritos aren't they?

yes and they also contributed to Filipino population and it's not just because we are in tropical country and it's because some of them mixed up the population that's make other Filipino brown skin. Although, those full negritos is minority though. So I would like to credit them too.

They're similar to the 'orang asli' of Malaysia, the pre-Malay natives. Most of them are mixed and mostly live either in forest villages and smaller towns.
