And those two neighborhoods are right next to each other ^ Not a lot of places in the world where you'll find a Spanish colonial neighborhood next to a Chinese neighborhood
I know right. Metro Manila and the Philippines in general have plethora of cuisines to choose from. After all, its where you can see the fusion of Chinese, Malay/Asian, Spanish and western influences are rolled into one. Whereelse would you see that mixture? My personal favorites are sisig, lechon, kare-kare, sinigang, adobo, bicol express, pansit bihon, dinuguan, papaitan, and many more. They may not be the healthiest but they sure are super tasty and flavorful. Add to that, Metro Manila has also one the best selections of restaurants that cater not only the local palate but international as well.
Manila city and cities near the bay although have rundown areas, are actually very interesting and historical. Near to each other, Binondo, the worlds oldest Chinatown; Intramuros, very historic; Quiapo and Divisoria areas, shopping meccas of the Phils and further south the romantic Manila bay and casinos and the entertainment city. Its an amalgam of options in these part of the metro.
^ I added another video to my post. Go look at it. Next to Chinatown and Spanish town, there’s also the Muslim Quarter. So three very different cultural influences in one spot. They represent the history of the Philippines
there are 6 religion in Indonesia, also dutch, japan colonial building u can find in Jakarta
Only 6? There are more religions in the world than that. Why are only 6 religions legal? What about atheists and agnostics? In the Philippines you can openly express whatever view you have about religion. The country is 80% Catholic but the President can openly talk bad about the Catholic Church. We dont put people in jail for that
Hundreds, maybe thousands of Sikhs openly parading in the streets of Manila. And we dont care.
You can be whatever religion you want in the Philippines or no religion at all. You dont just have to choose from 6. And you can say whatever you want about religion, good or bad things. It’s called freedom of speech
so what if we have 6 something wrong?
and every country have their rule
of course ur president can talk bad to everybody even to obama, and u proud of that?
You know i dont like our crazy president. But the point is, he has the freedom to say what he wants about the Catholic Church. Those are his opinions and he can say them. We dont throw people in jail for expressing opinions. Even if most Filipinos are Catholic, they would never suggest to jail someone for saying bad things about the church
Alright lets do recap again no problem, even though it has already been discussed here many times, be my guest, where do you want to start? HDI? GINI coeffecient? GDP nominal? unemployment rate?
kuala lumpur better than bangkok
jakarta better than manila
manila better than ho chi min
sorry my comment deviates from the actual thread manila vs jakarta, because you first started i'm reply ..
tourists who come to Indonesia are of course 3 x from philippines, how do you want to equate foreign tourists who come to Indonesia such as Bali for example, the same as Philipines Pallawan ??? hahaha don't make me laugh, I can count tourists on your vidio with my finger ... when you are in Bali almost on the edge of the beach, street , temples , bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping is full of white people even many world famous people visit Bali .
So Bali is always a favorite of western countries like UK, USA, German, France, Russia, Belgium etc, because all people from western countries very like example like entertainment, beaches, resorts, temples, culture, bars, cafe etc are all perfectly presented, how do Philipines attract tourism? ?? you're still proud of 1 million Koreans coming to visited and live in Philipines?
some good places in bali that are full of foreigners
I also often go to Bali a lifestyle like westernized on the streets of many dogs in the mountains of many monkey.yess indeed Bali is the perfect place for foreign tourist
When compared with the philippines like Borochay it is far . Borochay have beach clean and attractive but has no facilities and lack of visitors like in Bali even in all places of interest and many tourists, if the difference in Bali tourist white people usually choose beaches, clubs, cafes, bars while korean or chinese are more choose mountains, shopping, temple on "Kuta Beachwalk Shopping " lots of east asians tourist
yeah thats why even people from US and Europe are impressed with Japans modernity and their shinkansen. So you mean almost all people in the world has 3rd world mentality? Idk what kind of thinking you have, are you even human that dont get rational reasoning? That makes you look so dumb tbh.
Indonesia will likely be the first country in the region to have High Speed Rail, Honey. Can I say Indonesia has the most advance transportation system in the region? Of course not lah. You have to see the whole picture.
To add, in this era of modernity, it's not Shinkansen/HSR that gives you the feel of the future. It's hyperloop project like the one in UAE, that will have max speed of 1,200 km per hour, heck that's even faster than airplane.

Also, try researching rigidly where did you get that 70 km railway network? Dont rely on hearsays and trust data you get online. Do more research before arriving and making those sweeping statements and condescending remarks. That would make you more laughable.
Why so mad lah? How long does Philippine have? 200km? 300km? or still around 100s km?

Now add your PNR length! Coz I can't find any official data about it.
And do you have already extensive hyperloop system in the world that we can behold? We do the actual visualization of realistic assessment not the thing of the future.
And that makes it 70kms? Why would I be mad? I just hate people who cant even provide facts and then start a condescending remark. Be factual, or at least admit you're wrong.
