The difference between good response (like Australia, NZ, Korea etc.) and perfect response (aka Taiwan), however, boils down to extreme distrust towards China. Basically, the less vigilant you are with China, the more you get ****ed in the ass.
Based on that logic US must be pro-China while Thailand hate China.
Also, most of Taiwan's infections come from western countries, not China. In a way Taiwan was caught off guard because they trusted western countries too much.
The outbreak was known and worried early in East Asia, leading to people queueing for masks overnight in cold winter. People knew it before the Lunar New Year and cancelled their trips . When outbreaks in Europe and US were bad, many students went back to Asia, flight tickets were hard to get.
Umm...it was a direct quote below. It makes no difference including 'experts/scientists'. Your responses like above make it hard to know if you are serious or not or just pulling our leg.
huh? so you can't tell the difference between "china leading the effort in fighting the virus" vs "experts/scientists are leading the effort to fight the virus in china"?

well, I'm sure India sure fit that description right? I hope they over take the US and take the "crown" away from us.

I said “not vigilant enough”, not “pro”. You can totally be anti China yet still not be vigilant due to cockiness (America and pretty much all of Europe) or complete inability to be impose vigilant measures (India and other poor ass countries).

You can also be pro-China and be still be vigilant, such as Macau. Despite having 25 million chinese tourists each year, they still managed to keep the number of infections to 46 and most of them are not even from China. Both Taiwan and Macau got a lot of their infections from the west, so it is not enough to just be vigilant against China.
If you had removed the China part and said "The less vigilant you are, the more you get ****ed in the ass", then I would have agreed with you.
