As a whole Reynoldstown. Fourth Ward is nicer but Fourth Ward also has Boulevard and Pink City. There are a few trap houses here and there in RYT but nothing near what Boulevard and Pink City is. Boulevard between Ponce and Atlanta Medical Center is one of the most infamous strips in the country.

Which makes you wonder if it will improve given the investments in the neighborhood and influx of new residents interested in making the neighborhood better.

if it is, it's because of its proximity to downtown, midtown and popular neighbourhoods— it's certainly not one of the worst in the US, just well known.

as for reynoldstown versus old fourth ward, i see them as two totally different types of neighbourhoods— O4W is vibrant, has a lot of bars, restaurants and commercial property, plus it has some of the most busy streets in atlanta. reynoldstown on the other hand is almost entirely residential.

Never said it was one of the worst in the US, its not even the worst in Atlanta. But Boulevard it is one of the most well known, and it is infamous for drug selling and not violence.

O4W has better schools currently, but Reyonldstown school district is on the rise. Reyonldstown is more affordable and has better opportunity for return on investment.

Reyonldstown is in close proximity to L5P and EAV for bars. Edgewood Retail District and Memorial Drive for retail stores.

Sorry but had to lol at the bold.

The things people say on this forum always surprise me. I doubt it is one of the most infamous strips in the country.

I don't think either of these neighborhoods are safer than the other. I think they are rather comparable actually. I would rather live in Reynoldstown if I had the choice because of the close proximity to Little Five Points and less busy streets.

That's cool. You can laugh at it. The naivete of people on this forum never fails to surprise me. LOL.
If anything I tried to down play it, and I will say it again. Boulevard is one of the most infamous drug strips in the country.
I'll put you up on game dude, Boulevard was the home base of BMF. And BMF was supplying most of the cocaine to a good bit of the entire country for a period of time. Im not talking about the street level BS you see when you drive down Boulevard, Im talking about guys bringing 100's of kilos in at a time. That's what Boulevard is known for in other cities. And even after most of those guys got indicted and locked up, dudes from Boulevard still are at it. They just caught 4 guys and 1 chick from the 4th Ward in a major drug investigation up in Pittsburgh. And Im not talking about Pittsburgh in SW Atlanta, Im talking about where the Steelers and Pirates play. They caught these guys with some major weight and After the police busted this cocaine ring up, the city was dry for weeks. And these guys were from Parkway 1 block over from Boulevard. You don't have to believe what Im saying go look it up for yourself. Atlanta cocaine ring in Pittsburgh shoudnt be hard to find. See what the local media isn't telling you is that with the emergence of Mexican Cartel cells in the metro area we now have cheaper drug prices than even cities on the ocean . Atlanta drug dealers know this and have starting hitting the road and supplying crews in other cities. To be honest I think thats part of the reason the crime rate has dropped. A bunch of these knuckle heads who would be on the streets beasting on people have hit the road and are now out of town. With all the Hip Hop artists from here its not hard to blend in with a rappers entourage while on tour and just drop dope off i different cities. And all of this stuff has happened within the last decade. And it all started from those guys on Boulevard

This guys knows what he is talking about.Black Mafia Family - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Just as Atlanta is a natural distribution point for other legal products it makes sense that narcotics would follow the same corridors from the region to other cities.
