someone please answer need right away. my car failed but, he made no record of it. i need to get sticker if i can. i have lost home and my car is now. this month is when due

To get a GA tag you need:

A passing emmitions inspection. If it fails, take it to a mechanic and tell them that it failed and they will find out why and fix it. Usually it's something with the exhaust system (catalytic converter, muffler, etc) though even a simple faulty gas cap seal will fail you. If your check engine light is on, they will not even test it for emmitions.

Your registration

I don't think you need a title or financing forms but bring them just in case.

You also need car insurance. If your tag is already registered or bought in GA, this will just show up in their computer and you will not need your insurance cards. If it has an out of state tag or out of state insurance, you might need to bring proof of insurance with you.

And you will of course need the cash. The tag itself is 20 bucks. Taxes and the ad valorem tax will vary on the vehicle but I don't think you need to pay that until you go to renew your GA tag.
