I am a New Jersey physician planning to relocate to Atlanta. I am board certified in anesthesia and interventional pain management.

1. How easy is it to set up an office surgical suite with fluoroscopy?
2. Does one need a CON for a one room surgicenter?
3. Does GA have a no-fault insurance system?
4. What is the workers comp climate like? Do lawyers actively refer to physicians?
5. Who is the major medical malpractice carrier in GA?
6. Does one need an anesthesiologist or CRNA for office conscious sedation?

Are you not a member of any medical associations? That would be the place to start.

If you are not a physician, please do not respond to my questions. If there are no physicians on this forum I will accept that fact and move on.

Do you like apples? Oh, I thought we were asking irrelevant questions. I love that game.

Right. Physicians love to hang out on city development boards. We can answer questions about schools and neighborhoods but for career professional advice at that level seek out your associations and do some networking.
