So if this thread is for the suburbs (your original post being for the city proper) the only ones that come to mind (I know theres more) is Avalon Park and the recently accomplished Atlanta Outlets in Woodstock. Of course we have the hugh sports complex way up north but the developing story of State Farm coming in and just shaking up the entire perimeter area to me is the most intriguing.

Today they announced State Farm bought even more land around the Dunwoody Marta Station. This can be a model for future Marta stations. Very excited to see what they end up building and if they leave the buildings they have recently been leasing in large blocks or if its in addition to those recent leases. Either way there seems to be something really special about their plans.
