Hopefully more of these developments start breaking ground and get moving while this cycle is still hot, obviously it won't last forever

Even if this cycle halted tomorrow, I'd be pretty happy. The projects I wanted to see built, save 4, have all started construction or are finished. I most wanted to see Modera Midtown, Amli Arts Center, NCR headquarters, One Museum Place, Yoo on the Park, Azure on the Park, Post Millennium, and 7th Peachtree built. All of these have happened. The only ones left that I definitely want to see are the JPX tower (both), Ascent Midtown, Eviva, and the Hanover tower in Midtown. I hope all of these come to fruition in this cycle.

I really want to see Eviva and the Hanover, think those two could do wonders for the next cycle and Eviva has at least interesting architecture like JPX. Personally want to see them work on that hotel on 880 West Peachtree I believe it is, which is currently the law offices, but that's just cause I'm close to it.

The area between West Peachtree and Peachtree really needs some development, but won't probably happen this cycle if I were to guess.

I'll buy it when they start tearing stuff down, seems like some drawings, they have no financing yet, etc. Looks like another what could have been in Atlanta.

After the Ansley neighborhood association gets through with it, that will have zero chance of being built as proposed.

Spring.West Peachtree :Maybe for the "feel" but terrible for traffic. Its one of the few areas that does not get severly clogged up because its like a thorough fare
