Lots of snow is relative. 2-3 inches is enough to completely coat the ground but it's really not that much. Some years it might snow a few times, others it might not snow at all. What is certain, is that we're never prepared for it.

lol, you will definitely get that scenario at some point. The fun thing is that when it does snow here, the whole city shuts down so no work, no school, etc. Just hang out at home and watch the chaos ensue.

Coming from Chicago, it's quite entertaining. When I first moved down here, we had a good 6 inch snow storm and I drove to work like I normally would in Chicago. When I arrived, there was only one other person there and he seemed shocked that I showed up for work. He told me the company was closed and to go home. I looked at him kind of puzzled and said why, it's just a little snow? Anyway, I drove home and enjoyed the so called snowfest!

IT Admin? If so, you shouldn't have any trouble finding work. Also, there's actually a good sized hispanic population in the Gainesville area.

Yo no soy espanol, pero yo hablo espanol un poco. Bienvenidos mi amigo.
