What's it like? The job market? I'm in engineering/ tech support field and gf is in the clerical/administrative field. Will it be a cultural shock? (I been to Texas, New Orleans and Orlando).

DOES IT SNOW? Will I have white a Christmas? I'm so excited but nervous lol
What about the Hispanic community? Is here any in hall county?

It does snow, it also ices. You will not have a white christmas. The hispanic community is ginormous but it isn't likely what you'd like.

Why Gainesville? It's like the middle of nowhere. Rarely snows here, you might see a few inches every other year, but it will only last a couple days. IT market in the Atlanta area is strong if you have skills.

Gainesville because mother in law bought a nice home to be built with creekside at mundy mills. So my lady wants to move next to her in the same community.

No snow really? That sucks. I've read it snows a lot.

No job yet since I'll be moving ten months from now

where did you read that it snows a lot here?

1.9 inches per year in Gainesville. I've been here a long time and we sometimes go several years with no snow at all.

Wow That sucks. How does it snow more in Atlanta when Gainesville is more north?

Well my sister I law lives in flowery branch and sent us pics of LOTS of snow in her house.
