Does anyone have any idea which part of Lawrenceville is affected?

A news conference is scheduled later today.

Very disturbing.

ETA:
This is part of national effort--WSB radio.
Over 3,000 raids--I think that is what they said.
One of the largest meth labs they have ever seen.

It makes perfect sense for someone engaged in this type of activity to do it in a house in this location. For one, 85N is 5-8 min drive from the house. Also, there are so many houses in the area Dacula/Hamilton Mill one can easily slip in. To be more specific about the area, the house is located in Mill Creek School disctrict. I just checked online.

I had no idea and I appreciate the information, which doesn't seem to be easy to find elsewhere.

Glad that Gwinnett takes this seriously.

Here's what happened in LA>>

Man, this is really something. I really hope that they actually did put them out of business here in this area, or for that matter the U.S., but I can't help but think that they're going to have to get them here in the U.S. and also in Mexico simultaneously in order to really put them out of business.

I looked up on Google Earth the location of La Maison Drive and it's up near Free Masons Elementary School. In fact, the neighborhood is right across the street from the school. I hope that they get extra time for that. Isn't there some law that says zero tolerance for drugs near a school?

Thank you for sharing this info. And yes, I think that we can all be grateful for the great police work done on this. I know I am. Can you imagine how bad this would have become if law enforcement had not intervened?

After reading the article on LA--I can only hope and pray we are at this point able to take proactive steps. It is one thing to have Atlanta traffic competing with LA's and another thing to imagine that GA could have all of their problems.

I know many parents are going to be concerned and children will be safer because of this. That's a lot.
