ok thanks a ton. im considering paying upwards of $105 a night since ill only be there for 2 nights... if it means securing my safety. I keep hearing alot about buckhead is this a good area or is it considered downtown? thnkx everyone for the input. Im about to purchase something on priceline but cant narrow down the area options

you can get about $105 for some decent properties this weekend...a nice Residence Inn in Buckhead in the back though but minutes away on 2220 Lake Boulevard...safe, very clean, free parking and 5 minute drive from the heart of Buckhead.

ok dens, where is the link to check out more info pls? im sure i dont have to worry about my car getting broken into since its an upscale area and one more question you said it was in the back, will i be able to find myway to the downtown nightlife? or is it tucked away behind twisted roads? thanks

No....you don't want to stay there unless you have a great price...maybe 25 minutes to downtown...

No not twisted just not on the main road...close to 85 south or peachtree which will take you all the way downtown through buckhead...marriott site shows 109 but you can probably do better at a priceline or something like that

the courtyard...as stated unless you are getting below a hundred dollars, area not as nice as Buckhead and further away...too far into the suburbs

From either direction--exit I85 at N. Druid Hills--go South--stay straight on N. Druid Hills past light at Buford Hwy--then bear left to Roxboro Rd--the motel is in this area.
I would ask them how close they are to the Marta station/Lenox--are they in walking distance?
Buckhead is about 3 miles south--you would need to drive and park.
