Hi,

I used the jacuzzi in our master bath last night. I turned it on, the jets didn't start up like they normally do, and then I heard a click. Then I could hear water running. Obviously something broke and water started leaking into the floor below. The ceiling/drywall downstairs had minimal moisture (I drained the tub right way and dried the area to the best of my ability...it looked fine this morning).

Has anyone had a similar experience? The tub is only 6 years old and is probably used 1x/month. I'm looking for a recommendation to fix the tub and the drywall if needed. There is no access panel so the tile will need to be removed. I called John's hot tub repair but he doesn't work on those tubs.

Thanks,

Brian

I'd sure want to be certain the water is shut off to the tub while you're looking. Any chance there is an access panel on the exterior wall...ours had that(very well disguised).

Some people think of hot tubs as they do a boat...your two best days are the day you get it...and the day you get rid of it.
