If so how are you enjoying your life over in Oz? I hear of some many Scots going to live there for a better life and most don't come back. Can't blame them Australia looks amazing.

My aunt moved to Perth, WA not long ago and she loves it. I've been invited over. I've never been to Australia before.

What do you like about living there? Is it what you expected?

Thanks

statistically speaking, he has a good chance of getting a British expat on here. Australia's number one single source of immigration is the United Kingdom

Interestingly Australia is also still the number one destination for Britains leaving the UK as well! The number of British expats living in Australia would be numbered in the Millions, I am sure.

Yes, Britishexpats forum - lots of personal experiences and stories there, including of many who decided to go back. So, there's more of a balance - good and bad. It doesn't always work out for the best for some. Nothing wrong with that. Better to have tried it out than to always sit back and wonder whether you should or not. How's the saying go? Better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all.
