Well, Flying J on Broadway and Sinclair's on Lindsey are at $2.56 a gallon for regular unleaded! Cheapest I've seen yet. Albertsons exp. who is usually in the running for cheap is still at $2.65 I believe I saw this morning.

We're getting there!

Thats right, I will second what granny lois said... it was down to the 2.34 - 2.49 range today in NE TN, depending in your location.

I am waiting and praying for $1.50 again like it was earlier this year!

You all do realize this thread was from three years ago?

Anyway, out here on the Left Coast, the best bargain (Costco) is $2.85. . .

Three years ago or 10 one thing never changes and that is the price can jump up 400% over night. There are more "reasons"for it that a camel has hairs,,lol A fuel delivery truck once had a flat tire and was 15 minutes late to deliver its load. Result was a nation wide panic that caused gas to go up 50 cents a gallon..

NO my comment is about as vague as the reasons they give when we do have an increase...My comment does make about as much logic as when crude prices go up causing prices at the pump to go up and then days later when crude prices come down you see NO price reduction at the pumps.go figure. Ive yet to understand why that happens...LOL
