My town is loaded with Audi's and BMW's. We have a BMW, too. My town is also loaded with Escalades, Suburban's, Navigator's, Tahoe's, Mercedes', and I've seen quite a few of RR's and a Ferrari.
Chevy Silverado, F-150 & Honda Accords are the most popular in the Twin Cities. You see lots of other cars, but those are the top three researched here in the Cities.
Full sized pickups rule the valley in California. Lots of Dodge Rams, Ford F-150s, Chevy Silverados, Toyota Tundras and Nissan Titans. Never saw so many Titans in my life.
Back in Dublin, Ohio, where I resided until last year, the Lexus SUV, Acura SUV and BMW SUV were very popular, especially with the moms.
Here in Nashville , it depends on the side of town . In the Green Hills area we have luxury cars ranging from Mercedes , BMW , Cadillac (Especially the Escalades ) , Infiniti , Tahoe / Yukon , GMC Envoy's , Nissan Murano's & 350Z's , VW's , Expedition's , Camry's ,Accord's , Lexus's , Corvettes , Nissan 350Zs , Land Rover's, Navigators , and so on . Occasionally you will even see a Rolls Royce or two . Porsche's are seen occasionally too . Don't see many Lamborghini's or Ferrari's , but they are out there . The Brentwood side of town is the same way . Any other side of town has a large mixture of vehicles .
Too many Lexuses, BMWs, Mercedes and Hummers here (I drive a Toyota Corolla). We also see a lot of Ferraris and Lamborghinis here too, believe it or not.
A truck is almost a necessity, not a luxury, in some parts of Az. But I notice more people in SUV's than anything else in many parts of the Phx area, and am sure they all have different answers as to 'why'.
Personally, Im a truck/van conversion type of girl.
