I'd be mad too except I learned a lot time ago that in economics you have both supply and demand and that there is a lag between oil prices and gas prices.
Hint: What months see some of the highest gas usage (aka demand) in the US while people take vacations?
I have noticed that gas prices go up every time it is time for senior citizens to go on vacation. We stay home in the hot Summer and let the working people enjoy the beaches while their blood pressure is low enough to tolerate the heat. In Spring and Fall when it is time for us to vacation; here come the high gas prices. Sometimes it seems to me that this country has a war against senior citizens and I do not think it is right.
If I'm remembering right, didn't gas go down at the beginning of summer when it should have gone up? So any increase now is expected but delayed right?
The pipe line will be fixed soon and the crude will be flowing again.
The little bump up in price was from the new gas your all burning, it's
now ulsg, ultra low sulfur gas, thank the epa.
