air brake hose replacement (brakes, buy, cost, work)

Got a trailer for free, however someone was spiteful and cut the air line for the air brakes. I see the channel that the line runs under the trailer, but was wondering in regards to the rest, can I fit the ends myself (and just buy X amount of hose), do I need to buy the hose with ends already fitted, and approximately how much this would cost for materials (not including labor, I can do that myself). Want to get an idea on cost before I jump into this. Thanks.
