If this is hard for any of you to understand, stop ****ing driving. It's not rocket science. If you are turning right at a red light you look to the left, then opposing traffic, if nobody is there or going you can go. You don't need to know if they have a green arrow. If they do, they would be going and you wouldn't be able to turn.
They have green you have red simple and easy. If you cant see that they have green a very good indication that they do is they are in the intersection heading tward you!!! Don't pull out!!!
Opposing traffic with a green left turn arrow has the right of way, you must yield. And remember that if the intersection has a revenue camera facing the direction you are traveling, you must first stop BEFORE the white line not to get a surprise in the mail.

And if both vehicles are approaching the intersection?

Read below. Explain me how both vehicles will enter intersection unless you didn't stop completely at red light but keep driving slowly and started taking turn while looking around? This is no excuse for this. You have to STOP and then look around. If you do that there is no way you will be entering into intersection while the left turners begin.

Don't do this.

Good grief. Whoever has the RED light NEVER has the right of way. If both vehicles are approaching the intersection, again whoever has the RED light must stop and yield to who ever else is approaching the intersection. You must stop long enough to determine what is going on around you.
Not sure if this is always the case but what I have noticed is that when there is a left turn signal on the opposite side, there is usually a NO TURN ON RED sign
When States which have the right turn on red law. Who has the right of way if you have looked both ways and are safe as light changes and opposing traffic has left turn green. Those turning right have no way of knowing this.
If you want to turn right on a red light, you have to remember 2 things:
1. You have to stop first.
2. Everyone else has the right-of-way.

No, not always. No turn on red more often is posted when sight lines do not allow you to see the traffic coming from your left safely.
Just pull out and get up to speed before the next car rams you from behind. It's not a 'take your sweet-ass time making a right turn and take another 100 feet to get up to speed' turn on red law.
