3 and one of them belongs to my partner. However I can drive to where I keep the other two cars which belong to me and pick them up at almost any time.
I'll buy any of them so I can scrap it and help keep the classic American cars on the road.
I have 4 registered and operable vehicles in my name. For me it is more of a psychological thing. I hoard cars. If I had the room (and the money), I would have a car museum. It probably stems from some childhood issue, but anyway...
1989 Lincoln MKVII (My Dad's car that I didn't want when he moved to HI)
1999 Honda Civic EX (Daily, also use it to carry my mountain bike)
2008 Volkswagen Jetta (Girls car)
2011 Volkswagen GTi (Fun car)
2001 Buick road car, 1996 Subaru Legacy Wagon, Suzuki 650 Burgman Scooter. The Buick runs well, The Subie is near death due to rust and the Scooter can scoot over 80 mph.
