Mustang GT/Cobra has a nice sonorous note to the exhaust. It's nice to hear, but I wouldn't buy a car based on the sound coming out of the tailpipe.

90% of regular cars should be more towards the silent side of the scale.

It is hard to beat the dual exhaust rumble of a vintage American Muscle Car free of any catalytic converters.

Agreed

Mustang, Camaro, Challenger, Corvette, etc....a nice rumble is a good thing. Even throw a G37, or a 370Z into the mix and there can be a little enjoyment to that exhaust note

Toyota Camry, Accord, Subaru Legacy, Honda Civic, Kia Soul, Nissan Versa....should be silent

Its very important to me but my 63 is a muscle car so I have 3" pipes and Dyno-Max Ultra-Flow mufflers. Ron
