Since it's a quite monorail and not a track based train, it shouldn't be a problem. If one lived in the building and used it for transport regularly, it would would be great. In fact, it would probably add tremendous value to the cost of a unit in many cities around the world.
Edit - here's a story about it. In order to prevent demolishing homes to make room for the line, the monorail went through a number of buildings. At travel speeds, it's about as loud as a dishwasher (60 db) and it has raised the value of the flats.
