They are doing it that way because people still have to go through background checks and register the guns. The Ford dealer isn’t equipped to do that.

Yup, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai.... you know, one of the made in Alabama all-American brands. Maybe in Mercedes, but that's more select America so maybe not.

They’d probably not be licensed as a gun dealer so the transfer wouldn’t require a background check but that’s secondary to the fact that the car dealer wouldn’t want a pile of guns on hand nor would they want to buy more than was needed. Much easier to say “jimbo go down to billy bob’s and they will take care of you” billy bob then bills the dealership for the total units delivered

It was disappointing because AK-47’s are commie weapons. Shame!
