Thats almost as cool as the Subaru WRX STi that Itasca, IL has as a cop car. We rule. lol

HAHA, but they are so damn cool! If your a good enough driver you should be able to corner fast with a posi rear and timing your wheel cuts and gas pedal stomps correctly.

That's pretty pathetic...a local government in the good old USA buying a Japanese Subaru as part of their fleet. You don't rule...you pretty much should hide your head in the sand. Why not a Mustang GT or a Dodge Magnum SRT-8 ?

B/C with high speed chases, the car not only needs to have the speed but it needs to handle like "It's on Rails"!!!! We have seen time and time again. How many high speed chases involved a straight path?!?!

Because it was donated free of charge to the town (Like it said in the article). Haven't heard of any of the big 3 GIVING police cars away lately.
