...stating they offer better mileage than Honda and Toyota. Maybe a couple of miles better. But what about quality? What about reliability? They seemed to forget about these two issues.

Where have you been the last 5 yrs? Honda and Toyota are certainly not icons for quality and reliability as they once were.

Are you saying they forgot to mention those issues?

Well, this is a fairly informed forum. Your false observations are noted as, well... false. Toyota and Honda are not kings of reliability anymore, they are more like champions of mediocrity, on every level. They are still pretty reliable but less in some instances and about equal elsewhere. Ill take a GM or Ford any day of the week over any Honda or Toyota.

You got that right. I have rented Camrys, Avalons over the past couple of years and they are nothing like they used to be in the 80s and 90s. I love the 80s-90s Accords, Camrys, etc.

I feel that the Fords and Chevrolets are up to par if not better than the new Toyotas.
