Exactly. If I got a ticket for everytime I was speeding, I would be in jail the rest of my life. Realistically, cops know everyone speeds and the laws are ignored to a large extent. When I drive to work, the interstates around Chicago have a posted speed of 55. I'll drive for nearly an hour and not go under 55, like everyone else. There is a problem where the limit is set when 90% of the people habitually speed.
