So I've got an opportunity to have one, and was wondering what some of you thought about them. The one I'm looking at is an 87 GT

Also, it was rumored that at one time it was to be a cousin of the Vette (not Chevette ). Obviously, engineering had to make so many adjustments to their original plans that the end product was a joke.

When the Fiero was prevalent, we sold a lot of rear struts for some reason...

My Brother had two, an old and new gen version.
He loved them. I think (?) there was some issues with
alu head warpage on early ones.

if you want a corvette performance at a decent price you can probably pick up a used 85-87 vette with the L98 for a decent price these days.

I can't remember the last time I saw a Fiero. Probably more than 10 years now.

Cute car...I almost bought one as my first car but it only sat two, so I nixed the idea.
I do hear that it's really tough to find parts for them.

I say go for it. The seats should have built in speakers.

I've also seen a kit that mounts to the roof to get air to the engine. That was one of the problems with Fieros. No air and the engine ran vert hot.

You could also pull the body off and mount a Ferrari kit on to it.
