We've been interested in purchasing a new home in Severna Park. It is a small development by Richmond American Homes on St. Martin off of Benfield. I've heard some bad things about them, but I assume most new homes arent built as well as before. Anybody have any thoughts about this development? The development hasn't been completed yet so we would have to select the lot and select all the home options. A bit wary of the entire process and wondering if we would be paying too much for what it is. We really like the floorplan but there isn't much yard space. Schools are great and we've been looking for a newer and more modern floorplan like this.

We have been looking at this area and this development, in particular as well. I have read bad reviews on the builder; Would appreciate if someone could chime in and share their thoughts on this area and development, in particular. Thanks.
