Okay, so I've been looking at Waterloo Place because they are nice gardenstyle apartments right in the culturual district but I'm suddenly having second thoughts. If anyone knows anything about these apartments please let me know immediately! I just need some type of validation for or against this place. Thanks in advance for your help.

Validation for: I have two sets of friends that have lived there and both sets loved them. They allow small dogs and both had dogs. No complaints from either.

*sigh of relief*...thank you so much for your response. My mind is wandering a "mile a minute" worrying about living somewhere for 12 months and hating it. The apartments look gorgeous so I'm hoping I will love it too. Thank You

It's certainly in a decent neighborhood -- my lawyer's office is right there on St. Paul, and it's a nice walk to my office on Calvert & Biddle.
