WOW this sounds amazing to me. I realize this is an older thread but is it still only $5/week? Is there a website for this CSA provider?

Don't hate me, but I make my own from small fresh-caught whole fish that run 8-10 pounds in size and cost $3-4/lb.

There are seasonal price surges when demand rises, like at graduation time and at New Years, but last year "everyday" prepared poke was maybe $9-10/lb, while this year saw shortages develop and prices rising several dollars a pound, then dropping a bit, but staying high.
