If these show up on the east side they will be considered enemy combatants and subject to being shot out of the sky.

It is virtually impossible to eradicate a species once an initial mating pair begins breeding without harmful effects on other species - tree snakes are still pervasive on Guam (which is one way to get rid of birds as most have eliminated on the island) - and one only has to look at the coqui frog situation on the Big Island and how that war was lost.....

That's why it is an all out war if a coqui hitches a ride to Oahu or someone sneaks a reptile to the islands as once they breed and spread you are stuck....
