The reports were that it was just sleet like you see in that video. Today though they are getting hit with a second round of freezing rain that is causing more problems. It looks like all the arrivals and departures out of the Eugene Airport, except for one are cancelled through Thursday. You would think that a major airport in Oregon would be able to handle ice better than that.
