[SIZE=2]I used to live in Chelsea for 4 years when I was 10-14 when I first came to the U.S.
So the last time I lived there was in 2004.
I remember there was a lot of thrashy, disgusting people...but it was kind of okayish.
Plenty of nice people too.
I never heard about crazy crime though...most of the horror stories of crime I know about did not happen in Chelsea. Other than crazy drunk bastards in the streets late at night...and a few other things..it wasn't that bad. Anyways, I am looking to move out of my parents house soon. I am just wondering how
Chelsea is doing? I still pass through it once in a while...seems okay to me. Maybe even better now than before.
Lots of cute Hispanic guys. I also see evil looking people, but I think Chelsea is a better deal
than East Boston, Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan..and other low income areas.

A lot of people dismiss it as bad, but I live here in Chelsea and I really like it. Over by Highway 16 where it borders Everett and Revere, the neighborhoods are nicer than downtown Chelsea. My area near there is quiet, never had any problems with crime, and all my neighbors are just regular families. It's very peaceful where I am.
