What you are looking for does not exist.

Prioritize which of those things (budget, schools, proximity to work, newer construction) is most important to you and you can go from there.

In this case, using well-rounded criteria instead of pure scores. Niche made the list, not me. I think it's great that greatschools is being challenged, so many people buy homes based on their black box 1-10 ranking.
