As the owner of the pup, and a volunteer on the park, I’m well aware of the danger to dogs & kids.. Appreciate your comment and your point is well taken. It's easy to criticize after the fact. But after several times of ingesting drugs in that park I would have either walked my dog elsewhere or been actively monitoring everything the puppy went near while there. That said, I'm sorry that happened to the puppy. And yes, I've been through there numerous times. It's not a paradise.

My dog doesn't eat things off the ground but I know beagles are different. He's very cute, btw. Glad he's doing well.
