Have you looked on the southwest side of Longmont? Although under $250k might be an issue for a full house. There are condos on this side of town.

There were a few off airport we saw, they were newer but they were really ugly and crowded together and had tiny yards.

That was something we found - so far, anyway, we haven't seen a neighborhood in Boulder or Louisville proper that has a large yard without a large price tag. Not that we expected anything else, mind you.

If the house is in Boulder County, the schools will be Boulder Valley. I believe the elementary school is Lafayette, but I'm not positive. You should contact the school district. This is their last regualar week of classes, but the ed center will be open limited hours all summer. 303-447-1010.

Yes, some parts of Boulder County, and much of Erie, is in the StVSD.

i ve heard that air quality of air is not good due to oil drilling n wells.
other wise its a beautiful place.

yeah..the whole fracking this concerns be a bit.

But I hear it's worse further east in the Weld County side of Erie.
