Lame. Boxing is doing anything it can to stay alive with the UFC breathing down its neck in terms of popularity. Boxing is going down, and they know it. Theyre clutching the end of the rope.
I would watch Tyson fight again, but he's so far past his prime. Its all about the money, but i cant blame Tyson or Holyfield for taking any fight, they both need the millions and afterall they still are the biggest draw in Heavyweight boxing.
I'm not sure how or where Tyson is getting all this money he has, but the guy keeps buying homes and new cars all the time, last i heard was he's in serious debt.
I heard similiar stories about Holyfield.
But hey if the fight sells then let them fight, wont hurt anybody but themselves.

If I wanted to see two stupid old guys fight id stand outside the local bar at 2AM waiting for action. Boxing is still alive and well with some quality young boxers, watch them instead.
as a boxing fan who followed boxing closely in the 50's where there was real competition, where sports pages regularly listed the champion and top 10 challengers for every weight division, where sports pages covered boxing similar to football and MLB----boxing today is turning into a farce.
Yes, it is dying out and lets allow it to die rather than make a mockery out of it.
