Hey everyone!

I am interested in moving to Burlington after I graduate in May. I am visiting for the first time next week. I am looking for some suggestions of things to do while I am there to really embrace the culture.

What are some good bars for 21 year olds to hang out at?

Are there any restaurants/cafes recommended for vegetarians?

What is a good outdoorsy activity to do around the area?

Also, I would appreciate any hotel recommendations!

I know this is really broad, but we pretty much go with the flow and are excited to try out anything. ANY advice would be very appreciated!! Thanks a lot! :-)

Oh, yes! FanTAStic veg options here:
Chinese restaurants, Chinese food, Burlington VT (http://www.asinglepebble.com/intro.htm - broken link)
Penny Cluse Cafe - Burlington, VT
Magnolia Bistro

Nearly every Asian place has fantastic veg food. On my way to a work event in Colchester, my husband and I had planned to eat at Tiny Thai in Winooski (which I hear is terrific). But the hours were different than stated on the internet and it was closed when we arrived. So we ended up at Pho Dang for Vietnamese food and it was YUM.

I live about 90 minutes from Burlington so I'm hoping others here will recommend other good veg places -- for me to try as well as for you.
