Does priority mail come with a tracking number or do i need to pay extra?

Does delivery confirmation come with a tracking number or is that extra?

Trying to figure out the best way to send a large envelope with a tracking number without spending too much.

It does if you do it online via Click-n-Ship for domestic.-all grades

for International only medium and large flat rate

I find they are the same when electing tracking as I have a scan indicating delivered when I sign up for tracking updates. DC by itself more appropriate if selecting other than Priority.

Yes. You have to have a printer. Otherwise you pay extra for the tracking if done at the P.O.

You know you also receive a small discount if you purchase online as well in addition to the free tracking.

The label isn't based on using the company's postage system or mailing labels, its just a plain piece of paper. If you don't have a 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 label, you can use a plain sheet of paper and put it in one of those clear carrier slips used for the custom forms and just peel and stick it to the envelope. Now if, you absolutely can't print out a single plain old piece of paper at work withiout getting in trouble, just pay the extra and do it at the post office.

^^Thanks. Reading fail on my part. I use plain paper and the free baggies provided by USPS. Did not piece together the OP might mean purpose labels as with Avery, etc.
