The Texas budget deficit is now proportionally the same or even greater than California. When I read the heading, that is what I thought it was referring to.

I don't know why other than being affordable or country that anyone would. I don't want to come off as ignorant or anything, but it's hot, humid, flat, buggy, tornados, hurricanes, cows and farms for miles. I don't see the appeal other than the affordability and country lifestyle.

This must be that famous California tolerance and open-mindedness at work. Have you ever traveled outside of California before?
